  • Analyzes and defines user problems, provide resolutions up to client satisfaction.
  • Conveying and/or gathering information required to perform Application functions.
  • Provides a variety of guidance, direction, and training to clients/business users as needed.
  • Good communication skills (verbal & written).
  • Sound in problem solving skills.
  • Should be able to Analyses and defines user problems, understand application processes on short training sessions provided by ACRO Team.
  • Should be well conversant in dealing with International Client/business users.
