- Analyzes and defines user problems, provide resolutions up to client satisfaction.
- Conveying and/or gathering information required to perform Application functions.
- Provides a variety of guidance, direction, and training to clients/business users as needed.
- Good communication skills (verbal & written).
- Sound in problem solving skills.
- Should be able to Analyses and defines user problems, understand application processes on short training sessions provided by ACRO Team.
- Should be well conversant in dealing with International Client/business users.
